Fresh air systems represent a new type of indoor ventilation and exhaust equipment, operating as open-loop circulation systems that enable occupants to breathe fresh, clean, high-quality air indoors. China's fresh air system market is experiencing rapid growth, with total sales rising from RMB 1 billion in 2010 to RMB 6.55 billion in 2015, achieving double-digit annual growth rates. Sales are projected to reach RMB 22.35 billion by 2020. Fresh air systems will see widespread adoption across the elderly care and healthcare sectors, as well as in schools, residential buildings, and office complexes.
The group is a technology R&D partner of the Chinese academy of sciences for fresh air systems and a drafting unit for China's residential fresh air system standards. Our fresh air systems offer the following six key advantages:
1. Efficiently removes PM2.5—creating a healthy living environment with constant oxygen and purity;
2. Comfortable and energy-efficient—minimizes heat loss and prevents “air conditioning sickness”;
3. Maximizes reduction of hazards from renovation pollution, viruses, and bacteria;
4. Smart control for the convenience of technology;
5. Organized airflow eliminates ventilation dead zones, preventing mold and odors;
6. No need to open windows—quiet and peaceful, away from noise.
The adoption rate of fresh air systems in European households exceeds 99%, while in China it stands at only around 0.5%. As public concern over air pollution continues to rise, demand for air purification products is also increasing. As an emerging product, fresh air systems hold vast market potential and represent a key focus for the Group's future development. With limited competition in the fresh air system sector and the requirement for on-site installation for each project, the Group faces minimal e-commerce competition. We believe this will effectively broaden our revenue streams and further expand our market share."
