1. Degree in mechanical design and manufacturing or related field, with proficiency in mechanical principles, design, drafting, and relevant manufacturing processes;
2. Minimum three years of experience in the mechanical industry, including hands-on assembly experience; capable of assembling machinery and familiar with industry operational standards;
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and related software;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
